The Request Fulfillment Manager must engage in planning for handover that identifies the tasks and actions necessary for a
smooth transition of the Request Fulfillment to the Client or other Service Provider. This should include identification of
timescales as well as responsibilities.
Request Fulfillment handover activities must be conducted as planned. Any deviation needs to be identified and corrective
actions need to be planned and executed to address the same. Actions on outstanding or pending service requests must be
carried out as agreed and planned.
The Request Fulfillment Manager must archive the documents, reports and data pertaining to the Request Fulfillment process,
as agreed. A Request Fulfillment Handover Report, summarizing all the activates of the Request Fulfillment handover, must
be prepared.
Engagement Manager should obtain client sign-off on the Request Fulfillment handover activities which confirms the formal
closure of the process.
